Returns Policy
Eligibility Criteria For Return
Your purchase is eligible for return only if:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
- Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
We require unboxing pictures/videos within 48 hrs of Delivery. No refund/exchange will be entertained without the same.
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Exchange Policy
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
- In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 14 days of delivery.
- A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for exchange of items.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- In case of a missing product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
- In the rare instance that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the product.
- The credit note will be credited in 10 working and will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
- International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
Exchange Process
If your purchase meets our return/exchange criteria as stated above, please email us at Care@himalayanmonkelixirs.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for the return/exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at Care@himalayanmonkelixirs.com
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images/videos sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
